There is no list.

There is generally a staff preview first, followed by a public beta some unspecified period later (depending on how much of it the staff break ).

There will be a 3.7 beta section here, but it's unlikely to be on the day it's publicly released as we are generally not told in advance. Adding a new section requires quite a few backend changes here.
