Though I think it is best to not include @ or extensions, in order to ban the same service with subdomains or other extensions.
Simply add these domains to your 'Banned Email Addresses' in your vbulletin options ->'user banning options' and set the option 'Allow User to Keep Banned Email Addresses' to NO.
