vb.org Archive - View Single Post - how to lock all forums in a category

I have an archive category, that contains app 100 forums and sub-forums.
I want to set each forum as "Forum is open - No".
How can i do it with having to edit each forum?
I know how to create the loop in PHP and to go through the parentlist,
my problem is how to edit the field 'options' so that every forum in this category will be closed to new posts.

Can someone please help?
