I would like to use AJAX to load a post onto a custom vB page. For example, if it were a news post, I could write my own summary then when the user clicked "Full Details" it would load the post in question.

I know that when a user makes a new reply with Quick Reply, if there was a message posted between the time the user loaded the thread and replying to it, it'll display correctly. However, I have only just started looking for that code and haven't seen it yet.

Any advice would be appreciated.
