However I still get a Blank Page, now the file uploads without an issue it's never not there, the problem is that the files uploaded tend to only be nzbs, torrents or images of less than 1mb.
I also tried to see if it was an issue with the installation by doing a diagnostics--> upload test, but that worked fine and reported no error.
Not sure if this makes any difference but the site uses Dreamhost. Thanks if you can help, but I can understand if you have any frustration in covering an issue that you have sorted out before.

That's pretty strange indeed. Have you put the extensions on the list of allowed file extensions?

DownloadsII stats of my site:
Downloads: 241,201
We have 849 files in 136 categories.
Hundreds of files will be added in the upcoming weeks. Only thing left to say is: What a hack... Chapeau!

I see you are still running v5.0.5. The newest release (1 november 2007) is version 5.0.6, which fixes a list of bugs and also plugs a small XSS security issue. You can find the changelog

It's possible when you use
vBadvanced CMPS and integrate it in the pages you want. Then you can use the
DownloadsII ver 5.0 vbAdvanced Add-On
