I see what the problem is and will sort out a quick fix for this tomorrow.
As you see in the sql error

This is why you see the name of the tune you have put in
It has a ' in it this is why you are getting this error,
I will make the fix for this tomorrow and send out a update E-mail letting you all know when i have updated the zip file here.
Or you could edit the tune title and take out the ' for now so that it will work till i bring out version 1.5 witch will have all the fixes and mew MP3 players.
