It's possible to do with chdir to get the vBulletin files from your forums directory and the base html tag to get the right vBulletin layout images from your forums etc.
But the vBulletin license states that you may only install it on one (sub)domain. You also may not show another layout or something else on different (sub)domains. You need separate licenses for this.

They are pretty strict with this (there has been some discussion about this before on other mods)
