I'd like for embedded clips to display the video/webpage's name, like so:

(either below or above the clips is fine.)

I figured that's what the "Extract Destination Data" setting was for, but it doesn't seem to work for me. By any chance, can anyone answer, does this feature rely on the PHP option allow_url_fopen? I ask because many providers have turned this off, in favor of the feature-rich and more secure cURL.

That would explain why it's not working for me... but I just wanted to check in here first to see if I was on the right track.
