Ok, I installed v4

Ive enabled header
I placed banner code
banner code shows in preview
I placed header automatic insertion: top

it works, I do not like the position of the banner, how can i place
it how you saw it the first time? top/right of the sceen, straight
across from the VB logo? or even drop the banner down somewhat
to make it appear more normal.
