It might be possible perhaps with lots lots of html modifications but not as is. I am not sure if it would render very well though.

According to the screenshot, I think you have made the modification to the navbar tempalte while your skin doesn't have a navbar

You should remove those modifications, there are not mandatory and as they are not compatible with your skin I think it would be better.
