In your Admin CP, in the left side column, down near the bottom, go to Plugins & Products, Manage Products, then scroll to the bottom, Add/Import Product, then at the top you'll see Import Product. Click the Browse button, and find the product wherever you have it saved on your computer, then click Import...you should be done!
