on the 3.5 period i created a hack that let you add a different paypal email for each subscription you created.. this was a simple hack... the idea is to have a field with a email entered for each subscription, so if the field is not empty, it will switch from the default one when you generate the paypal request... this can be easily replicated with your request i'm sure.
