I can confirm that as a Logican's Web Template user on 3.6.8 PL2. I have never had any problems with it. However, I installed it fresh on 3.6.8, not part of any upgrade.

Davey, you may wish to ask Logican directly about any known issues with an upgrade like this. I don't remember seeing anything in the product thread though.
