nice modification...
but it would be better if you could pick the amount of rules to be displayed there, not 6 but your own amount, for some it could be 2 for other 9 or more who knows.

It would be cool too if you could choose to display diff rules per section.
For instance, general chat sections have diff set of rules than image section for instance. So a global rule (as it is now) loses its effect.

another thing this modification needs is that you can turn it on and off by forumid's...if these two things can be done for the next version, this modification would be much much better, who knows even MOTM
