I use the thread rating/creating and posting bonus as a carrot to get people posting. Every now and again have a bonus day giving out lots of $s. The last time I did it we broke our highest posts and threads in a day ever lol. They soon blow that away and want another. As we have a section where anything goes it gives them something to do for a bit too. It has created an e-conomy with female members selling provocative pics

for casino money which I found kinda funny. The options are endless tbh.
