what exactly is the db error message? (you can see it in page's html source or receive notification via email)

one of the errors:

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.8:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT id,name FROM file_cats ORDER BY `order`;

MySQL Error  : Table 'hub_ezforum.file_cats' doesn't exist
Error Number : 1146

as I probably stated, the error message came up when I tried to include DownloadsII plugins, (vbseo_sm_downloads2.php OR vbseo_sm_downloads.php)
I guess your files are outdated because they have wrong field and table names, so as I posted here, when I changed the table names, it started to work perfectly
