am looking for some advice about how to optimize a Dedicated Server to run vBulletin correctly.

The server is having trouble handling the load.
and alot of people download files from my server >> each of one 60 mb (( i think it's problem especially for how use programme for download ( internet download manager ) or people who open many link together

members in same time 200 and some time 500
