I do understand why you want to have such a thread, but this is not going anywhere i am afraid:
- Feedback (positive or negative) on those that take paid jobs can already be given as a reply to a Paid Service Request, so another thread is not really needed.
- Not many will put their own name on the line in advicing someone they often have only 1 experience with.
- This would be open to disguished spam and advertising, something that would be very difficult to control by staff
- The "best" often already have a busy schedule and will probably not take too many requests. Putting their name on a list would probably result in them receiving many unrequested PM's. They probably prefer choosing the projects they want to work on themself.
