How do I restrict the Extended Who's Online to certain groups only?

My apologies for the newbie-sounding question, but how can I restrict viewing privileges for the Extended Who's Online?

I want to leave the basic Who's Online untouched and fully visible to guests, but I want to restrict viewing on the Extended Who's Online.
