vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Welcome Page Possibilities?

Okay, here is what I need to do. When someone goes to our vB forum, they get a page (or pop up) with a welcome message. At the end of a message is either a 'close this window' (if pop up), or 'Click here to continue to forum' (if it's a page).

Here's the kicker- We'd REALLY like to have a "do not show this again" check box for people who aren't ... well, for people who don't need to read our message every day.

The "do not show again" checkbox is not mission critical, but it would be VERY nice.

Is something like this possible?
