Here's a great forum layout I found while browsing around:

It's not using vB but I do think it's using a great friendly layout. Check out the threadbit and postbit layouts -- very clean and fresh looking compared to the over used vbulletin standard layouts. I do think this layout is the future.

Anyone up to creating a similar theme?
