Change the credits phrase to $ and use 2 for displayed decimals. When users have 0 credits it will show up as only 0 though, but shouldnt be a huge problem

That reset button is just the standard form reset

the defaults arent readily accessible (you could look at the database or the install files), or if you still cant find them, pm me an email address and which version you are using and ill try to compile the list for you
