It's driving me nuts. I know where the white color doesn't come from... it doesn't come from any of the style variables that set some of my vbulletin elements to white.

Not 100% sure, but take a look at the skin_Arcade.php file. I had to modify that file to adjust the borders in the Tournaments listing.
