Ok let me ask it this way seeing as though I missed the .htaccess post (I know I am going blind

). I have a couple other domain names, and I noticed in the vb software you can restrict new sign ups, is this a way that can be used to run a test site? Noone would be able to enter or register the site I would make all the test forums not accessible to visitors and so on.
