You Must Set the Permissions For Each Usergroup Via Control Panel, in

Arcade -> Group Permissions

There you can Set for Each Group the Level of Permissions You'd Like to Grant Them!!

(You're Getting that Message because Permissions are Seto to "Can view but not play", you must set it to "Can view and play" for your usergroup)!!
