The navbar doesn't appear in the "Out of Date Custom Templates" list or in the Styles and Templates "Find updated Templates" list. Those were the first I checked. There doesn't appear to be any automatic or semi-automatic way to revert the last good navbar.

I don't want to have to revert back to the original completely as I've made changes to the navbar over the years, which I can do by clicking on the Revert button in the Styles and Templates.

What I'm going to try now is to copy the original code for the navbar from the Style Manager and compare it with the existing/messed up navbar code. Maybe this will indicate what I messed up.
