chmod777 on all folders. and not being sure i went in and did the chmod777 on all sub folders too. although you make a good point that the subs wouldnt write if the main wasnt 777.. but this was checked. i did change the upload max file size to 8mb .. it was at 2mb. what else? this one has us all perplexed. will check back in a bit, and thanks alof ro the replies. maybe we can crack this think wide open lol. thanks.
