Click on the Continue link and it will take you to a payment page where you can enter your credit card information directly and purchase without logging into an account.

If you had a previous account and the card is still tied to that account, go to Paypal's website and login using that old information. You will get a message stating "The account you have tried to login to has been deactivated due to non-use" or something like that. It will have a link to officially close the account. This removes your card information and would allow you to open a new account with that card.

it doesn?t work even if im not logged in and try to pay and i don?t have the information left from the old account because i closed that account already. and it did not remove the card and i talkt to paypal on the phone and they could not do anything so i can?t use my card there..
