I find 'Thank yous' go a long way. Most people I've come across will say it. Not because they are obligated to but genuinely want to. Many are appreciative at the fact that a member has taken the time to reply to their question(s), even if the problem(s) could not be resolved. I know I am.
The title doesn't mean as much as the person behind the username. For me, any member who has given deserves a 'Thank you'. We so often try to find the faults of any community it's encouraging to see members promoting the opposite.
