I think it's looking pretty good. I like that the navigation is very easy to follow and see. Everything seems very organized also. The only tidbit of advice I can offer is to change that font that is being used on the welcome message. I'm not sure how it looks in IE but it's kind of hard to read on FireFox and that seems to be the only thing that gives the site a somewhat unprofessional look. Aside from that font in the welcome message, I think your site looks great
