Resizing them would involve a great deal of work because the emoticons (on average consist of atleast 20+ layers) and resizing each emoticon would involve in tweaking the blending modes (within the emoticons) which would involve too much of my time. I did want to re-size them and scale the base down a little (well, the height, not the width) and I may very well do but resizing them will cut the release date of these further.

Thanks for the suggestion and I'll take a look and see what corners I can cut without compromising quality and the timeline for this project.
