ohh.. no no bro.. i mean.. i dont know what this sytem is called..
its a kinda mod.. the IPB people use it.. mostly warez boards use it.. (yeh.. my forum is not warez.. its technology forum)
actually its kinda link protection.. there is 1 seperate page.. on that a user can input multiple links to protect..
thats because in warez forums they use it to stop leachers from stealing same links & posting on other forums.. actually the protected link looks like :
www.mydomain.com\a.zip
etc..
but when user clicks that protected link, he will be redirected to original link.. but there is no way user can see the original source..
for e.g. please have a look at this link protection site : www.lix.in
now see i have protected the link : www.vbulletin.org/forums
& the protected link is : http://lix.in/1a2482
so it replaces vbulletin.org as lix.in
so thats what i'm looking for in vbulletin
but as u have said i can do it using censored words.. but it will replace all the links in forums with that word..
i'm looking for something like lix.in
