I'm just wondering something:

People have been saying "create a test board" etc.. I'm just wondering - Is it against the terms to create a VB test board on your server without an additional license, or do you need one? I know you're not allowed to have more than one installation but people seem to be implying that you don't need another license for a test board so I'd just like to clarify.
