I added support for translated profile field titles (my forum has both English and Finnish language packs installed). I also did some code cleanup and updated the product's version, urls etc. The updated plugin (version 2.12) is attached to this message.

(In AdminCP the custom field titles and descriptions can be translated through: User Profile Field Manager > [Edit] > [Translations])
