Firstly sorry if this has been posted before but I?ve spent literally hours searching this and other forums for an answer.
Here is the code which I have used on my website home page
<script type="text/javascript" src="forum/external.php?type=js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
<!--
for (x = 0; x < 5; x++)
{
document.writeln("<a href=\"showthread.php?t="+threads[x].threadid+"\">"+threads[x].title+"</a> "+threads[x].poster+"<br />");
}
//-->
</script>
The last five threads appear on the website homepage with no problem, but when I click on the link it gives the wrong URL. For example
http://www.stationaryengine.org.uk/s...ead.php?t=3288 instead of
http://www.stationaryengine.org.uk/f...ead.php?t=3288
It is missing the forum part out.
If anyone could help me out it would be very much appreciated .
Steve
