If you can, can you post the stylesheet? Can't tell the widths otherwise.

Oh, god, who thought of this bright scheme as coding?

$stylevar[cellspacing]px solid

Change table cellspacing and wreck the border width in the process, as that's a global variable used in tables. Being a style, it's hunting through the templates to find and fix every tag that was inserted, as it's not in the stylesheet to globally fix.
