hi anyone knows what i am doing wrong? i uploaded the files as instructed in the root directoy of my forums, installed the .xml file from the import folder in my add-on menu, set Plug-In/Hook System 1, edited all templates as instructed, but i cant find any options for the hack in my admincp

I upgraded from 3.0.7 to 3.6.8 1 week ago.
Theres neither an option to change in admincp->vbulletin_otions nor in the usergroups.
