AdminCP > vbaCMPS > Edit Pages > Default/Homepage >
Scroll down to "Main Options" and expand the block (click the + sign)
Portal Output Global Variables is in there.

I'm running the latest build 3.0 RC2 (vB 3.6) but I'm not currently using the default homepage. I am running custom pages (e.g., About, Site Rules, For Best Results, etc...) that use separate PHP files, however. I'm not certain if that makes a difference but then again, as you said, it worked.

Again, I appreciated the help.
