vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Redirect links

I want to redirect all links that point to a certain site and point them somewhere else instead.

So all links to www.google.com could point to www.google.co.uk instead, for example - and all links to www.google.com/test would point to www.google.co.uk/test.

I'd like it to work with old archived posts and also new posts, as they're posted.

Is there a mod that can do that?
