Thankgod i backed my database up! I advise everybody else to do the same also.. I appreciate the hack creator for advising members to backup their db before hand.. without that peice of advice i think my forum would have looked rather ugly.

Ok I was converting my posts to use the ame tags.. it was going good until i came across this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /home/kayz/public_html/forum/includes/ame_bbcode.php(192) : regexp code on line 1

Then i found the conflicting posts and edited them and i retried.. i then faced another similar problem again but different:

Now thats crazy.. so i didnt like the face that some of my posts were changed.. so i undid the ame tags through the toolbar.. i then went to see a video post and i saw that the video wasnt there but the link was converted into a text name link.. even after i had undo'ed.

So then i replaced the entire db to get back to square one.

What i have done is i have still got the hack on but disabled it.

If somebody can find a fix for this i would love to give it one last try. I am on a 3.6.8 forum.
