vb.org Archive - View Single Post - admins abusing power - claims of reading others private messages

I was under the impression that admins were not able to read other's private messages. I have a rouge admin that is claiming to have read the private messages of others. My account is the only superadmin as set in the config.php file and even I don't have this permission. I did not allow the user to run SQL either. So is this admin full of BS?
