Well, according to this post, http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...+maximum+users, the number is stored in the datastore table. So, I suppose if you are comfortable with phpMyAdmin, you could go in and manually change it. This is NOT suggested if you are not familiar with phpMyAdmin and changing data manually!
