You'd think so wouldn't you? People seem to go dumb in the head when they are forced to learn commands. I've had to walk some of the moderators through the process so many times that sometimes I question weather irc is the right tool for the job -,-.

What I've done is attempt to get these guys on a more "point-and-click" (user friendly) client. There is a good one for the MAC but I've yet to find one on Windows that fits the bill. Until then I'm forced to walk people through the process as the other admins just love to point people that are confused in my direction.
