In your admin CP click "Styles and Templates" from the navigation and then click "Style Manager" then on the right look for the drop down box for the appropriate skin. Select the "Main CSS" option.

On the page that appears just look for the box next to the Font Color description and edit it to whatever you want. There is a small description of what each class does so make sure you read it so you edit the right things.
