Thanks for this hack.

Can we do the following in the future upgrade?

1. Approval / disapproval option in the mas_rateapp.php
2. Once rating is finished delete application of the user rating from mas_rateapp.php because over the days it gets jubmled up with large no of user.
2. Auto PM after a member is made moderator or disqualified and teling him to reapply again
