Like I said Mrdby, you need to open up a ticket. I do not see any new tickets about this, meaning one was never created or someone has taken it on (like you would like to see). Also I checked to see if your account, mrdby, has had anymore tickets since about a month ago and there hasn't been any additional ones created. There is a thread created, but as this is a potentially exclusive problem to your forums, we really need to discuss the problem with you in private on a ticket and possibly get access to your forums.
