translation: how can i just make a regular page with no forum? just a plain ol page, that i can edit anyway i want. (make tables, divs, add banners, pictures, whatever.) but is still part of vb so that it obeys users style prefrences AND, at least still contains the header and navbar and footer?

i just want total blankness in the middle, not even a forum, no avas nothing except header/banner, navbar and footer. and be able to edit in templates lke normal to do whatever.
