I'm not so sure I'd say "all the time". I searched at vb.com for just "1970" and most of the results of the search have to do with migrating from some other forum software which this thread doesn't mention. I was unable to find the user's screenname over there as well, so apparently they either actually didn't ask there or they go under a different name there.

The most recent non-migration based question relating to 1970 seems to be this one which blames the trouble on a modification to the software. The question was asked back in August.

So, I'd still like to know where this original question at vb.com is.
