Your pc cant host the image for you. You can click on

within your bbcode if you have url of image to display it in your thread. Or like you said, upload it as an attachment or to your Very own vb Image hosting or to your Gallery either way, you can upload images there to always be at your finger tips & copy [img] code for an image to add it to your post....Hope that helped a lil....
