Had a couple issues though. The upload folder had all the folders capitalized and it also seems to be missing some stuff. I fixed the upload folders and got the buttons and icons. But now it just seems to be missing stuff.

Sorry, my fault for not thinking of this scenario. As your forum directory is different from your root directory, follow the vBAdvanced Users Only (now called Where FORUM ROOT is not ROOT directory) instructions. It appears only the gradients (main-css folder images) are missing from your forums, so doing the extra 2 steps in the instructions should fix this
